What you are getting
Tibby is an iPhone app for recording feeds, sleep and diaper changes. Logging is free, and so is your whole log — every entry, however long ago, along with the growth measurements you have taken and the chart of them. A single purchase of $9.99widens the trends and the report past the last seven days, adds the WHO percentile curves to the growth chart, and removes the small mark from a shared report. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it is tied to your Apple Account so it restores on your other devices.
Refunds
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds are too — request one through Apple’s support rather than from us, since we never see the transaction.
Your data is yours
We claim no rights over anything you log. We also hold no copy of it, so keeping your own backup is worth doing — the app’s data is included in an ordinary iPhone backup, and the report can be exported at any time.
This is not medical advice
Tibby records what you tell it and adds it up. It does not diagnose anything, does not tell you what your baby needs, and is not a substitute for a doctor, midwife or health visitor. If you are worried about your baby, speak to a professional.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is. We work hard to make sure it never loses a log, and it is tested against exactly that, but we cannot promise it is free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from its use.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
